David's Story   It was like being born again. For the first 2 or 3 days the nurses got me out of bed for 1 or 2 hours at a time to sit in a chair.   I couldn't talk, I wanted to say something but words wouldn't come out of my mouth. It was very frustrating to say the least. I could say three words, probably swear words, but that was all I was capable of saying. I started therapy. For the first three weeks, I didn't know what was going on. Then in the fourth week my brain started working again.
