Due to renovations at the council chambers, the computer club will recommence on 16 March, 2020. Please contact Talkback on talkback@aphasia.asn.au with any questions.
The Computer Club is an opportunity for Talkback members with aphasia to work on computer skills and language, and to socialise in a supported environment. Student volunteers prepare lessons and support members to undertake a range of computer-based activities and can tailor tasks around members’interests. The Computer Club is active from February to mid-December at the Burnside Library. After each session, members go to a local cafe to chat over coffee. There is a small weekly fee and members must hold membership with the Talkback Association for Aphasia.
Where: Burnside Library, 401 Greenhill Rd, Tusmore 5065
When: Monday afternoons from 1.30‒3.30pm
